Joann joined NSI in 2002 as a Customer Service Representative. Joann’s kind and patient demeanor made her a natural for Customer Service. She learned the department inside and out and had the opportunity to experience IBS New York the 2005 US educator training that took place in Philadelphia. Being a part of these events and talking to customers everyday helped Joann understand how excited nail technicians are to learn more about NSI products. In 2005, Joann was promoted to Customer Service ManagerJoann prides herself on maintaining a healthy balance between work and family life. Her free time is spent with her three children and friends.
