National Director Sales and Education
Rise’ has vast experience, combining 24 years in the beauty industry with a strong sales background, and a Business degree, with an emphasis in fine art.She is currently the National Director Sales and Education for NSI. Her responsibilities at NSI run the gamut, as she has been directly involved in the development, testing, packaging, promotion, advertising, marketing, and sales of all new products. Attraction Powders, Balance Gels, Nailpure Plus, Vanish, Balance UV Gel Forms, Platinum Forms just to name a few.
Rise’ has co authored an extensive 137 page Educational Manual used by NSI Distributors and Educators in over 60 countries. She has been published, quoted, and interviewed by many of the industries trade publications including Nails and Nailpro. Her work has been featured in consumer magazines such as Self, Bride, and Prevention. She is currently the Artistic and Creative Director on the upcoming NSI Educational and Instructional DVD, being released early summer 2006.
Rise’ has had the pleasure of working as a photo shoot nail technician on a major ad campaign for Iman Cosmetics. Her expertise has taken her behind the scenes at New York’s fashion shows for Betsey Johnson, Wonderbra, Cynthia Rowley, Badgley Mischka, and Gen-Art. She has been the personal nail tech for 6 times Grammy nominated singer Jill Scott.
As a Regional, National, and International Competition Judge, she has viewed first hand the highly developed skills of the worlds elite artists.
Rise’ has a passion and a special flair for teaching. She has conducted advanced trainings and seminars throughout the world and the United States. She continues to be the featured guest artist at many of the major trade shows. She brings warmth, excitement, and a sense of humor to everything she does.
