NSI Breathes New Life into their “The Science of Beauty” Campaign

2008 Starts with a New Focus on the Company’s Interesting Story

(3/15/2008) PHILADELPHIA, Pennsylvania – NSI has used “The Science of Beauty” tagline for some time in their marketing materials, but for 2008, their plan is to breathe new life into this motto and make it the major theme in their brand identity.  Jessie Burkhardt, NSI Sales/Marketing Coordinator states, “NSI can speak to “The Science of Beauty” with great integrity because our parent company has been in the forefront of developing acrylic and gel technology since 1955.  NSI develops, manufactures, packages and ships all of their professional-only nail products within our Philadelphia facility which makes us truly unique in the industry.”

The launch of the new NSI website, www.nsinails.com, is an effort to bring the NSI story and comprehensive product information to the entire world.  The site will feature online ordering for US customers, video demonstrations, a nail art gallery, and so much more.  Rick Slack, NSI President, also wanted to go beyond just selling product on the site.  “We wanted to create a destination where nail technicians could really educate themselves about the products they use and their industry.”  The Nail Lab section will feature in depth product chemistry tutorials and Rise’ Carter, NSI National Director of Sales & Education and industry expert, will maintain a blog discussing important issues and topics facing nail technicians today.

To encourage technicians to log on to the new site, launching March 2008, NSI is giving away five 8G iPod Touch devices.  Each will be loaded with every chapter from their über-popular NSI Beyond the Basics DVD.  “All you have to do is register on the site.  It couldn’t be any easier,” says Slack.  NSI will be randomly choosing five registered members as winners at the end of June.
