Approximately how much should I charge for a Glaze ‘n Go service?
It will vary from region to region. Check other salons in the area to see if they are charging for a protective gel sealer. A good rule of thumb is $3.00 - $5.00 per service. Be sure to point out the benefits to the client. It will create super shiny and smooth nails that stay that way, no matter how active they are.
Can I use Glaze ‘n Go over polish?
Glaze ‘n Go is designed to cure over acrylic, gel, or wrap enhancements. It does not seal or dry nail enamel.
When I use Glaze ‘n Go it doesn’t look shiny; what is wrong?
Your layer of Glaze ‘n Go may be too thin prior to curing in the UV lamp. You need to apply Glaze ‘n Go slightly thicker than you would a polish top coat.
Does Glaze ‘n Go have a tacky dispersion layer to remove?
No. Glaze ‘n Go is completely tack-free and cures to a smooth, high-gloss shine.
Should I use primer prior to Line Out or vice versa?
Apply primer to the regrowth area of the natural nail, and then apply Line Out where the edges of the enhancement meet the natural nail.
Is adhesive a suitable substitute for Line Out?
No. Line Out and adhesive are two totally different chemicals and they offer completely different results.
Will Line Out cause a yellow line on my finished enhancement?
No. Line Out will completely erase fill lines without yellowing.
Can I use Line Out with non-NSI acrylic or gel products?
Line Out has been thoroughly tested to be extremely effective on any acrylic or gel products, regardless of brand or formulation.
What makes Kolinsky sable hair better than other materials?
Kolinsky sable hair offers more control and has a natural ability to make a beautiful point. It is also perfect for holding the correct amount of liquid.
What Endurance File is recommended for use on the natural nail?
Any 180 grit file is best on the natural nail to avoid overly filing and thinning of the natural nail. If you file with an extremely light touch, the Endurance 150/150 will work as well.
